Password:The “Password" is confidential information, which the User must keep secret, allowing him, when used in conjunction with his Identifier, to prove his identity.

The Service is freely accessible to any User who has access to the internet. All costs relating to access to the Service, whether hardware, software or internet access, are solely the User's responsibility. The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment as well as his access to the internet.
Certain sections of the site are reserved to Members after identification using their Identifier and Password.
The Banque Populaire reserves the right to refuse access to the Service, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who does not comply with these conditions for use.
The Banque Populaire implements all reasonable means available to it to ensure quality access to the Service, but it is not bound by any obligation to do so.
Furthermore, the Banque Populaire may not be held responsible for an malfunctions of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control, which impedes or degrades access to the Service.
The Banque Populaire reserves the right to interrupt, momentarily suspend or modify, without prior notice, access to all or part of the Service, for maintenance or any other reason, without such interruption giving a right to any obligation or compensation.

This letter must specify the method of solicitation refused. You can also refuse to participate in surveys or polls by writing to the same address. This processing has been notified to and authorised by the CNDP under receipt N° D-W-85/2015.
Limits of liability

However, the Banque Populaire cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this data. In addition, the information made available on this site is purely for information and cannot in any way constitute advice or a recommendation of any kind whatsoever.
Consequently, the use of information and content available anywhere on the site will under no circumstances incur the liability of the Banque Populaire, in any capacity whatsoever. The User is solely responsible for the good use, with discernment and acumen, of the information provided on the Site.
In addition, the User agrees to indemnify the Banque Populaire from any adverse consequences directly or indirectly related to the use he makes of the Service.

The term “Use" must be understood in the broad sense, that is, any use of the site whatsoever, lawful or otherwise.
The User undertakes, in general, to respect all the regulations in force in Morocco.
Force majeure
The Banque Populaire cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or actions beyond its control.
Changes to this contract
The Banque Populaire reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and references of this contract at any time.
The User is therefore advised to regularly consult the latest version of the Conditions for Use, available on the www.groupebcp.com website.
Duration and termination
This contract is concluded for an indeterminate duration beginning from the Use of the Service by the User.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The rules of law applicable to the contents and transmission of data on and around the site, are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of dispute which is unable to be agreed amicably, only Moroccan courts falling under the authority of the Casablanca Court of Appeal have jurisdiction.
