The Banque Populaire Maroco-Centrafricaine is a cooperative bank and credit company with variable capital.Under Central African law, the Banque Populaire Maroco-Centrafricaine was born from a Memorandum of Understanding on 13 February 1989 between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Central African Republic with a view to strengthening the economic and financial ties between the two countries.In its capacity as reference shareholder, the BCP provides management of the bank by redeployment of qualified executives from its subsidiary.With the main mission of making banking accessible to the population and participating in development of SME-SMIs, the BPMC focuses its involvement mainly on the sectors of crafts, agriculture, foreign trade, etc.
